By using Ssesanga Mixed Farm's website, mobile app, and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Prices are shown in Uganda Shillings (UGX) and may change without notice.
We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. if an item is out of stock) and will refund any payment made.

2. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel), and card payments via our secure partners.
For online payments, your order is confirmed once payment is received.
For Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives.

3. Delivery

Delivery fees and times depend on your location and are shown at checkout.
We aim to deliver fresh produce promptly, but times are estimates and may vary.
Please provide accurate delivery details and be reachable on the phone number given.

4. Product quality

We sell fresh farm produce and goods. Colours, sizes, and weights of natural products may vary slightly. If anything is not right, contact us promptly (see our Return & Refund Policy).

5. Events & tours

Tickets and bookings for farm tours and events are subject to availability and the specific terms shown for each event. Please arrive on time; tickets may be non-transferable.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Do not share your login. Notify us of any unauthorised use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Ugandan law, Ssesanga Mixed Farm is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
